We know how to bake great buns. Since 1984, we have been the exclusive partner of McDonald's Switzerland. As a Swiss company with strong roots and part of Grupo Bimbo, we combine reliability with international experience. 

At Fortisa, small buns are produced on a large scale. Using modern high-capacity production lines, around the clock, including nights and weekends. With precision, reliability and teamwork, because only together can we keep the ovens running smoothly.

Our production operation is divided into different departments. All teams work closely together and contribute to our overall success.

PRODUCTION

Mixing dough, topping buns, baking and packaging. You monitor the processes and ensure that our buns leave the oven perfectly baked and are packaged correctly.

PACKAGING

Secondary packaging, inspection and labelling. With precision and an eye for technique and quality, you make sure every product is ready for shipment.

WAREHOUSE

Receiving, inspecting and storing raw materials, as well as loading finished products for dispatch. You ensure everything is available when needed and that our buns reach our customers on time.

QUALITY

Inspecting, monitoring and documenting. You ensure that our products consistently meet the highest quality standards.

CLEANING

You keep our production areas and offices clean and ensure that our facilities comply with all applicable hygiene standards.

MAINTENANCE

Preventive maintenance, repairs and optimisation. Thanks to you, our production equipment runs smoothly and downtime is kept to a minimum, day after day and shift after shift.

APPRENTICESHIPS / TRAINEES

Learn, grow and develop. You build the foundation for your professional future, expand your knowledge, strengthen your skills and open up new opportunities.

ADMINISTRATION

Planning, organizing and coordinating. From ordering raw materials and processing customer orders to customer service, you ensure that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
