We care about the environment
We pay more than just lip service to a consideration of ecological aspects at Fortisa. An environmental management system certified according to ISO 14001 has been helping to reconcile ecological concerns with business interests since 1998.
Only flour from IP-Suisse production has been used since 1999.
*The IP-SUISSE association is a federation of farmers who produce in an environmentally sound manner that is appropriate for animals on their family-run farms.
Handling resources
The consumption of packing materials has been reduced by over 25 % since 1998. As a member of the Swiss Economic Energy Agency (EnAW), Fortisa is actively involved on improving energy efficiency and reducing CO2 emissions.
