These products, called softrolls and hard­rolls, are produced at Fortisa on fully automated systems. Customised developments
Buns, hotdogs, sandwich bread, etc. from 30–150g are produced exactly according to customer specifications in batches of around 5,000 pieces. The colour, shape, composition, cuts, toppings (e.g. sesame seeds, oats, rye grist, etc.) and further features can be defined individually
